2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, email, or other approved communication channels.

Appointment requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Xtreme Mobile Detailing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location, and vehicle details when booking.

3. Mobile Service Requirements

Because we are a mobile detailing company, customers agree to provide:

Safe and legal access to the vehicle
Adequate space for our technicians to perform the service
A vehicle that can be safely accessed
Keys, if required for the selected service

If site conditions prevent us from safely completing the service, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

4. Pricing

Service prices displayed on our website are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on factors including:

Vehicle size
Vehicle condition
Excessive pet hair
Heavy staining
Biohazard cleanup
Excessive dirt or contamination
Additional requested services

Customers will be informed of any additional charges before work begins.

5. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as displayed on our website.

Failure to make payment may result in additional collection efforts or refusal of future services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled after our team has already traveled to the service location may be subject to a cancellation or travel fee where permitted by law.

Xtreme Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Remove all personal belongings before the appointment.
Secure firearms, valuables, cash, electronics, and important documents.
Ensure pets and children remain clear of the work area during service.
Notify us of any existing vehicle damage before work begins.

Xtreme Mobile Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

8. Vehicle Condition

Certain stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, or other damage may be permanent and cannot always be completely removed.

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee complete removal of:

Deep scratches
Paint chips
Permanent stains
Severe oxidation
Mold damage
Interior wear
Odors caused by long-term contamination

Results vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle.

9. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction

Ceramic coating and paint correction services improve your vehicle’s appearance and protection but do not make the paint scratch-proof or damage-proof.

Proper maintenance is required to maximize the lifespan and performance of these services.

10. Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing company, weather conditions may affect appointments.

Services may be postponed due to:

Heavy rain
Lightning
Flooding
High winds
Unsafe temperatures
Other hazardous conditions

We will work with customers to reschedule as quickly as possible.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

Interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.
